We visited this zigly for our little Shih Tzu and had such a good experience. They not only helped us with accessories but also guided us about the vaccine schedule and everything our pup needs. They even suggested the next consultation visit, which was really helpful. Truly appreciate their care and guidance!

Pet Clinic & Grooming chain in Sindhi Colony.
Took our pet cat Jude for his vaccination. Mixed opinion about the service. We had an appointment at 10.30. Reached well in time only to be informed that the doctor will be in by 11. The vaccination process & handling by the doctor & the assistant was nicely done & they explained everything in detail. Hence the 4 star rating inspite of the initial disappointment.
The Zigly team can get to 5 star if they get more involved in attending to the client. We were there for 30 minutes before the doctor came & I was checking out their products, food & treats. 3 team members were there & none of them made any effort to find out what we wanted & if they could help. The leadership team needs to address this.

I had an amazing experience at Zigly Store! The staff was so welcoming, and the way they treated the pets was absolutely heartwarming. My furry buddy and I had a great time, and we could tell they really care about the animals. The retail team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. We're both so happy with the service and definitely recommend it to other pet owners! 🐾😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Zigly Clinic Paradise: Truly a Pet Lover’s Place!
It all started from a Google search me and my friend were looking for a good pet clinic to vaccinate our new family member, Bruno (a German Shepherd). We found Zigly Clinic Paradise and decided to visit.
They suggested a well-designed package that covered all vaccinations and spa care. We loved it! They even guided us on the right food for Bruno and gave special care tips. It really made us happy and tension-free.
A few days ago, Bruno had a high temperature. We first went to a nearby government pet hospital, but honestly, it felt more like a commercial setup. For just a fever, they recommended multiple tests at a specific diagnostic center costing around ₹4,000. It wasn’t about the money I just felt there was no real care.
So, we decided to go all the way back to Zigly. Dr. Baghya Lakshmi checked his temperature, treated him with genuine care, and within a day, Bruno was doing so much better. She prescribed just one antibiotic and explained everything clearly.
I must say thanks to Dr. Baghya Lakshmi her care, love, and passion for animals were truly heartwarming. Zigly isn’t just a clinic; it’s a place where pets are treated like family.
For me, Zigly will always be the right choice for Bruno’s health and happiness. 🐾❤️
