A huge shoutout to Zigly for going above and beyond with their customer service! We were running quite late one night due to heavy rain while picking up our new cat, and we hadn’t had a chance to prepare anything for her first day with us. Around 9:30–9:45 PM, I called the Zigly outlet to check if we could still stop by to buy essentials. Their closing time was 10 PM, and we were still 25–30 minutes away. To our surprise, the store manager was incredibly kind and accommodating. I explained our situation, and he assured us that he would wait for us, even after closing time, just so we could get what we needed for our pet. When we arrived, we saw that the store was already packed up and ready to close — but the manager was still there, waiting just for us. Everything was arranged and ready to go, and he made sure we got what we needed without any hassle. Had he not extended his shift for us, we would’ve really struggled that night. Thanks to him, our cat had everything she needed on her very first night at home. Thank you, Zigly, for not just being a pet store, but for truly caring about pets and their families. This kind of thoughtful, human service makes all the difference. We’re incredibly grateful!
