Highly recommend Dr. Manaswini! She’s calm, gentle, and incredibly patient — exactly the kind of vet you want for your little one. She helped my kitten recover from a fungal infection in no time and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how she keeps me informed about all the procedures and care routines involved in raising a healthy, happy pet.

Tried to book an appointment here through the listed phone number but the central team did not care to follow through. The website flow worked though, had to select this store under Secunderabad city (why?) . Neat and spacious clinic + store + grooming services. Had my cat groomed and had a decent experience. Slightly more expensive than HUFT and lesser number of grooming staff but otherwise okay. Service was prompt and satisfactory. The groomer was gentle and patient which was my main concern in trying out a new place.
♿️ not the most accessible. there are just a couple of stairs to enter the lower level but the upper level can only be accessed via stairs. There are no accessible washrooms nearby either

My heartfelt gratitude goes especially to Dr. Manaswini, who has been taking care of Lyra since she was a puppy. Her guidance and treatment not only cured Lyra’s bacterial infection within a few days but also gave us confidence during the toughest times while parvo treatment. I truly appreciate the way she supported us and stood by us throughout Lyra’s recovery journey.
