The staff at the store are incredibly kind and caring, even towards stray animals. I politely asked if they could bathe a stray dog who was very unclean, and they readily agreed, bringing the dog inside and bathing her.
Mr. Ram, their groomer, is wonderful with the pets, and Mr. Sandeep, the store manager, is exceptional at providing an extraordinary experience.
