I have visited Zigly four times for my pet’s spa and care, and the service has always been excellent. The staff are very professional and skilled at what they do. Unlike other spas, they handle one dog at a time during bathing and grooming, which makes me feel less stressed about potential infections or issues for my pet. The spa is always clean, with no unpleasant smells or stray hair anywhere

The staff handles every dog with as much love and care as if they were their own little baby. It is clear that they don’t just do this as a job; they genuinely love animals from the bottom of their hearts. A special mention to the owners and managers, who personally oversee everything. They take the time to check in and talk to you with so much warmth that you feel like you are part of a family rather than at a business.
They treat Bunny, and every other dog that comes in, exactly like a family member. The respect and affection they show is truly heartwarming.
