I had a wonderful day with the staff's. They are understanding, friendly and very polite towards the customers. If anyone who is looking for grooming, vet purposes, products such as foods, cloths, collars leashes and harnesses etc,. I'd recommend you this very particular store without any doubts. I had taken my 2.5 years old GSD for his first professional bathing and grooming appointment at Zigly Kothrud branch on 14-Mar-2026.
A wonderful and pleasant experience for me and my GSD. Staff was pleasant, courteous and patient. They did not insist on him wearing a muzzle, but we did, to ensure he did not snap at the groomers due to fear. However, he was able to remove the muzzle repeatedly as soon as we put it on. So the groomer smartly put on a cone on him, and my dog was instantly comfortable.
My dog even let the groomer clean his ears, which was a big deal and surprise for me, as my dog doesn't allow any stranger to touch his ears. Nails were trimmed, fur was trimmed without any fuss from my dog.
Overall a very satisfying experience for me. 👏
I would totally recommend Zigly Kothrud to pet parents looking for professional grooming for their dogs.
They also have a vet consultation and an OPD for sick and injured pets, which is definitely a plus point.
Lots of variety of treats and wet food is also available.
One suggestion: The toys selection can be enhanced for larger dogs. Currently, the choices are very limited.
