We are extremely grateful to Dr. Akash Yadav and the entire team at Zigly, Janakpuri, for the exceptional care and support they provided to my dog, Cloudy, during an extremely difficult time. Cloudy suddenly became very unwell and developed severe breathing difficulties, and we were completely unsure of what was happening. We brought her to Zigly, Janakpuri, where Dr. Akash immediately attended to her, stabilised her, and guided us through the necessary investigations, including an ultrasound and echocardiogram. She was eventually diagnosed with severe DCM. Dr. Akash’s knowledge, expertise, patience, and compassionate approach gave us immense confidence throughout the entire process. We placed our complete trust in him, and Cloudy was admitted for 3–4 days. During her stay, the entire team treated her with tremendous care, kindness, and attention, which was truly reassuring for us. A special thanks to Paras and the entire support staff for being so supportive, approachable, and reassuring throughout Cloudy’s stay. Their constant guidance and care made a very stressful situation much easier for us. What we appreciate most is that Dr. Akash has continued to guide us even after Cloudy’s discharge. We remain in regular touch with him, and he continues to patiently answer our questions and provide guidance regarding her care. We will always be grateful to Dr. Akash and the entire Zigly Janakpuri team for everything they have done for Cloudy. Their professionalism, expertise, compassion, and genuine concern for their patients truly stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary team.
