My cat, Orange, had developed a very serious fungal infection. I took her to Khan Sir, and he brought the infection under control in just one day. Both doctors there are true experts, and the entire staff is incredibly helpful. I have grown very fond of this hospital and the people there—the doctors are excellent. Zigly Pet Care, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow — truly grateful for saving my baby Shadow. ❤️🐾 I honestly cannot thank the entire team at Zigly Pet Care enough for what they did for my male cat, Shadow. There was a time when we were genuinely scared that we might lose him. Shadow was suffering from urinary crystal formation and was continuously bleeding. His condition was extremely concerning, and as pet parents, watching our baby suffer was heartbreaking. Before coming to Zigly, we took Shadow to Max Pet Hospital, Lucknow, hoping that he would receive the best possible treatment. Unfortunately, our experience there was extremely disappointing and distressing. We made repeated visits and spent a considerable amount of money, but from our experience, Shadow’s condition continued to deteriorate instead of improving. We felt that instead of getting to the root of the problem, we were repeatedly being advised treatments and procedures without seeing the recovery we were hoping for. The entire experience left us feeling helpless and frustrated. What hurt us the most was seeing our baby continue to suffer despite everything we were doing for him. At that point, we were honestly losing hope. Then we came to know about Zigly Pet Care, Gomti Nagar, and decided to take Shadow there. It was one of the best decisions we could have made for him. The doctors and staff at Zigly were incredibly supportive, compassionate and attentive. They listened to us properly, understood Shadow’s condition, explained everything clearly and, most importantly, genuinely focused on getting him better. We never felt like we were just another bill or another case. We felt that our baby was actually being cared for. With proper treatment and care, Shadow finally started recovering. Watching the bleeding stop and seeing him become comfortable and active again was an incredibly emotional moment for us. ❤️ Zigly didn't just treat our cat — they gave us our baby back. 🥹🐱❤️ I am genuinely thankful to every doctor, and staff member who took care of Shadow.
