She took the time to do a thorough check-up, explaining everything clearly and making sure my cat felt calm and safe throughout the process. It’s rare to find a vet who balances professional expertise with such genuine warmth. Grooming & Care The grooming session was flawless! Huge shoutouts to Gaurav, Shivam, and Ram Bhaiya. Persian coats require a lot of "TLC," and they handled the de-shedding and styling perfectly. My cat came out looking like royalty and, more importantly, wasn't stressed at all. Divya was also fantastic, ensuring everything was organized and that we were well taken care of from start to finish. The Facility & Shop • Hygiene: The first thing you notice is how spotlessly clean and hygienic the entire facility is. It smells fresh and is clearly well-maintained, which is my top priority. • Accessories: Their collection of accessories is amazing!
