My pet was scared but the staff was so amazing and helpful, he had a great experience here and my dog is now friends with all the staff members now. They handled my dog with care at the time of grooming and made sure he was comfortable. Manav and Rajkumar made my as well as my dog’s experience worth a while.

It is truly a joy to visit this branch! Finding a team that treats your pets with such genuine warmth and care is something I deeply cherish. I previously had some concerns regarding the language and professionalism of the staff here, but I am so impressed by how quickly the management rectified the situation by bringing in Manav Tamboli.
I am writing this review entirely on my own initiative. Having visited them multiple times since the "chaos" created by the previous staff member, I can confidently say I am fully satisfied. What I appreciate most is their consistency—they provide top-tier service every single time without ever demanding appreciation or asking for a review.
Manav is incredibly welcoming and always suggests what is best for our cat. Most importantly, he and his team go above and beyond to make sure my cat stays in her comfort zone. She remains calm the entire time because they handle her with such gentleness. The whole process is now seamless and stress-free for both of us.
10/10 recommended for Manav and his team. Kudos for the amazing turnaround and consistent professionalism!
