It was my first visit to this pet store for grooming, and I’m so happy with the overall experience! The ambience is wonderful, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The front desk person was very polite, cleared all my doubts, and gave me the best suggestions for pet handling and care.

I have been visiting Zigly PG Road since its opening, though I didn’t initially opt for their vet care. Later, when my Shihtzu, Oreo, fell sick, I consulted Dr. Bhagyalakshmi. For the past six months, I have been relying on her for Oreo’s multiple health issues, and most recently, he underwent surgery under her care. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Bhagyalakshmi for giving Oreo the utmost attention and care. Despite his multiple complications, she was extremely patient, thorough, and considerate in handling every aspect of his treatment. Later, Dr. Trilochana also joined in providing care, and with their combined efforts, Oreo has now completely recovered. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhagyalakshmi to all pet parents.
