One area where Zigly can improve is their online ordering and app experience. While the app looks good and product listings are clear, there can be delays in delivery, stock issues, or slow response in refunds. This doesn’t happen every time, but consistency would really improve customer trust. Pricing is reasonable to slightly premium — not the cheapest, but justified for the quality and convenience they provide. If Zigly improves their online service speed and consistency, they could easily become one of the best pet care brands in India. Overall, Zigly is a great option for pet parents who want quality products, professional services, and a reliable pet-friendly environment. I would definitely recommend Zigly, especially for in-store shopping, grooming, and lifestyle accessories.
