I’ve been a regular customer at Zigly and overall I’ve had a very positive experience, which is why I’ve rated the company 4 stars. The groomer Sonu is particularly efficient and pleasant. He understands pets well, takes the time to get acquainted with them, and handles them with care. I would highly recommend him. In general, the staff has always been courteous and seems genuinely committed to making the grooming experience comfortable for both the pet and the owner. There is one small concern I would like to bring to your attention, which I have mentioned previously as well. The grooming consent form is often partially filled by the team (name of the owner and pet) and then the owner is asked to sign it before the remaining details are completed. From a customer’s perspective, signing a form that hasn’t been fully filled out yet feels a bit uncomfortable. It might be helpful to allow a few extra minutes at the start of the appointment so the groomer can briefly check the dog, the owner can review and fill out the form properly, and everything can be signed once all the details are completed. This would make the process feel more transparent and comfortable for customers. I share this feedback as someone who visits regularly and appreciates the service your team provides. With this small improvement, the experience could become even better.

As a first-time visit for my 2.5-month-old kitten, I was naturally a little anxious, but the entire team made the experience smooth, professional, and comforting. A special thank you to Nitish, who helped me throughout the visit. He was extremely patient, kind, and genuinely caring towards my kitten. He explained everything clearly — from the vaccination process to ear mite checks and nail clipping — which made me feel reassured and confident. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet, but the way he handled her so gently really stood out. The vet was also very professional and thorough. They carefully examined my kitten, checked her ears for mites properly, administered the vaccine smoothly, and ensured she was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated how calm and gentle the approach was — no rush, no stress, just proper care. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and pet-friendly. The overall environment felt safe and hygienic, which is very important when bringing in young pets for vaccinations. From the front desk to the medical care, the service was excellent. I left feeling satisfied, informed, and confident that my kitten is in good hands. I will definitely be coming back for her future vaccinations and check-ups. We absolutely love Ziggy’s in Chandigarh Sector 9! They are truly amazing when it comes to pet grooming. We recently moved from Canada and couldn’t find a groomer we were comfortable with in our town, so we actually drive all the way to Chandigarh just to get our pet (Pepper) groomed here and it’s always worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They handle our pet with so much love and patience, and he’s always well taken care of. Every visit has been a great experience, and he comes back looking fantastic and happy. Highly recommend Ziggy’s to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pet grooming! 🐾

My fur baby has been coming to Zigly sector 9, Chandigarh, for grooming and I've had a lovely experience every time. Mine is a 4 year old Shih-tzu and this breed requires expert handling for a neat and cute haircut. The groomer Rama takes a lot of care and grooms my pet with love and patience. The staff is very friendly and receptive to the concerns of the pet owners. Highly recommend the place ❤️
