This review is for Ziggly's bad hospitality not on the services their services are good but the hospitality and care required is poor. I am giving three stars because their services are good, especially the doctor I met in the night shift when my pet got sick at midnight and was in critical condition. The night shift doctor helped me a lot and started the treatment without discussing payment first, as my pet’s condition was serious. But another day I took my pet in the morning, as I was asked to do so for a check-up. I clearly requested them to do whatever treatment was required and told them I would come in the afternoon since I had an exam that day. When I returned, I saw my pet lying there without any energy, even though the night shift doctor had said my pet required a drip. Since I was in a hurry, I had asked them to go ahead with the treatment and that I would pay in the afternoon, but they did not do the treatment at all. They only treat pets after taking money first. When I came back from college, I was told that I had to pay another 2200 before they could treat and keep my pet under supervision overnight. I was never denying payment, but because of my exam, I had requested them to treat my pet first and assured them I would pay after coming back. On top of that, the doctor who didn’t treat my pet spoke very rudely; he had funky hair and tattoos on his arms. If you happen to get that doctor, please don’t leave your pet alone. So I request everyone coming to Ziggly: please make the payment first if you are in a hurry and need to leave your pet for treatment. If it’s not urgent, then stay with your pet to ensure they get proper care.
