Yes, if eligible. Go to My Orders, select the product and follow the steps to generate an Exchange ID. Make sure the product is unused and intact when our staff picks it up.
Our team makes three pickup attempts. If all fail, you can create a new return request if your item is still eligible.
Returns aren’t accepted for:
● Opened or used items
● Perishables
● Consumables
● Items missing accessories or original tags
● Products marked "non-returnable"
● Product cancellations/returns: Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of approval and credited within 7–14 business days.
● Vet/Training/Grooming Services:
○ Cancel 2+ hours in advance: Full refund
○ Cancel within 2 hours: No refund
○ Refunds reflect in 7–14 business days.
